All embroidery is made by me not manufactured, therefore small differences may occur.
Max size of embroidery design is a 5x7 hoop.
There are NO returns, if there is any issue please message me so we can figure out how to make your experience better.
Colors:
If you want any customizations, please email me (down below) before purchasing.
Normally our team has the colors of black, dark gray, light gray, and white! Other colors are requestable, shipping time may vary.
For different color threading, please select the number in the picture indicating which color you prefer!
Some items may run a bit small as well so please consider when purchasing!
Wear & Tear:
All embroidery will have stabilizer paper on the back surrounding the embroidery to make it last longer and stronger.
Sometimes threads may come undone, feel free to trim or VERY carefully burn the thread off with a lighter/candle lighter. NOTE- “We, Us,” are NOT responsible for any injuries or damages if you proceed to burn threads. Feel free to look up safety demonstration videos before proceeding.
Everything is machine washable, wash in cold water.
Note – With repeated washing, embroidery threads may loosen up causing the embroidery to be less durable.
Also please note I do live with dogs and cats so be aware of allergies.
If you order a design that is of black stitching and order a black hoodie it will be changed to white stitching unless messaged about preference.

Items take 1 week to 3 weeks max to be made and shipped out.

Return policy:
There are NO returns! If there are issues please contact us at the email down below, With that being said, if something arrives damaged or not as described on how you wanted your item, you can send us an email of the product and we'll make it right! We want our customers happy and fulfilled.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
