STORE POLICY

All embroidery is made by me, not manufactured, therefore small differences may occur.

Max size of embroidery design is a 5x7 hoop.

There are NO returns, if there is any issue please message me so we can figure out how to make  your experience better.

 

Colors:

If you want any customizations, please email me (down below) before purchasing.

Normally our team has the colors of black, dark gray, light gray, and white! Other colors are requestable, shipping time may vary for those.

For different color threading, please select the number in the picture indicating which color you prefer!

Some items may run a bit small as well so please consider when purchasing!

 

Wear & Tear:

All embroidery will have stabilizer paper on the back surrounding the embroidery to make it last longer and stronger.

Sometimes threads may come undone, feel free to trim or VERY carefully burn the thread off with a lighter/candle lighter. NOTE- “We, Us,” are NOT responsible for any injuries or damages if you proceed to burn threads. Feel free to look up safety demonstration videos before proceeding.

Everything is machine washable, wash in cold water.

Note – With repeated washing, embroidery threads may loosen up causing the embroidery to be less durable.

Stitching Color Selections: Please Note whatever selections YOU make will be how your order is sent to you (ex. if you order something that has black or dark gray stitching and then order a black hoodie, it will still have black/ dark gray stitching unless stated otherwise. If you ordered something with colors you ended up not liking, It is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your order. You may still reach out to us to discuss.

Any item can have stitching colors changed if request is made before purchasing. If you are concerned or have any questions about any of this please reach out! :)

Also please note I do live with dogs and cats so be aware of allergies.
